Taft DUI Case:  Our client was arrested on April 20th 2010 in the Grapevine area for DUI and possession of controlled substance.  The client was facing loss of license and permanent scar on her record.  Attorney Bruce Blythe went to Court and negotiated a dismissal of all charges on behalf of the client in Taft Court.

Taft Court:  Driving over 100 miles per hour charges (VC22348b)dismissed at trial in Taft/Maricopa Court.

Taft Court:  Commercial truck speed and logbook violations dismissed and points kept off CDL.

Lamont Court DUI Case:  Our client was arrested in South Kern County, Arvin/Lamont.  The client was a commercial driver and had a prior for drunk driving.  A conviction for DUI would result in a permanent loss of his commercial drivers license and loss of his career.  Attorney Blythe went to Court and negotiated a reduced charge and a guaranteed deal which would allow the client to keep his CDL with the DMV on April 29, 2010.

Grover Beach Court, San Luis Obispo
VC23152a and VC23152b DUI charges dismissed.  DMV license suspension set aside at administrative hearing for excessive blood alcohol.

Grover Beach Court, San Luis Obispo County
DMV License suspension set aside on December 17, 2010 for client, an electrician from Bakersfield,  arrested in Grover Beach after a collision with a light pole, blood alcohol level was .16 percent according to breath test.  Case thrown out after DMV hearing.

Grover Beach Court, Pismo Beach DUI Arrest
DUI charges dropped on December 21, 2010 for client, a bank employee from San Jose, arrested in Pismo Beach, blood alcohol level .10 percent.  DUI Charges dismissed, charges reduced to reckless driving.


Shafter Court DUI Case:  Our client, a commercial truck driver, was arrested for DWI in Shafter jurisdiction in north Kern County.  He was driving a big rig at the time of his arrest.  The lawyer went to Court and worked out a resolution that got all DUI charges dismissed in Court.  later, at a DMV hearing the attorneys cross examined the arresting CHP officers and elicited evidence that persuaded the hearing officer to set aside the license suspension. 

Bakersfield Superior Court Felony Case:  Our client, a truck driver with 20 plus years of experience was arrested south of Bakersfield on highway 58 after a four wheeler called 911 and alleged our client had rear ended her car multiple times and fled.  The client was booked for felony hit and run and assault with a motor vehicle as a felony.  Our lawyers would not allow the District Attorney to convict the client and took the case to a jury trial where the client was acquitted of all charges.

Shafter Court:  Our client was charged with grand theft as a felony.  Attorney Bruce Blythe fought the charges and got the entire case dismissed in May of 2010 thereby sparing our client a felony conviction and a criminal record.

Santa Clarita Court:  Driving over 100 mph (VC22348b), dismissed completely at trial, no points, no reduced charge, April 2010 in Newhall/Valencia traffic Court.

Santa Clarita Court:  Downhill truck speed and log book violation, all charges dismissed, no points or reduced charge, April 2010, Newhall / Valencia Court.
