In April 2010 our Law Firm was victorious in obtaining a complete dismissal after trial of DUI and Child Endangerment in Division 3 of the Court.  The client was accused of Drving under the influence of prescription drugs (Xanax) with his six year old son in the car.  The client was arrested at the scene of an accident where his vehicle ran into the center median in Canyon Country.  The District Attorney pursued criminal charges due to the fact the client had a prior DUI and had his minor son in the car.  After trial all charges were dismissed.
